Dates fixed for OFFZONE 2024
The next international conference on practical
cybersecurity OFFZONE is scheduled for August 22–23 in Moscow. The venue
will be announced later.
Since 2018, the event has been steadily drawing
together a diverse community of industry professionals: cybersecurity specialists,
developers, engineers, independent researchers, lecturers, and students. Select
speakers address the most recent developments in the cyber threat landscape
and explore the application of emerging cybersecurity technologies.
In addition to expert talks, attendees can join
workshops and engage in interactive experiences. They can try their hand at searching
for vulnerabilities, take part in hack quests, get a permanent tattoo, and customize
their badges with some soldering. The badge concepts change year to year, so a full
collection is quite something to boast about.
Traditionally, the conference will be hosted
offline, without a live stream.
In 2022, OFFZONE welcomed more than 2,000 participants, while in 2023 the number
of attendees exceeded 2,500. This year, we have limited the amount of tickets
to 2,500 since we want to keep the original cozy atmosphere of the event.
It’s really great to see OFFZONE evolve into a vibrant hub that attracts
the cybersec community. Sure enough, the conference is becoming a key
industry event of the year.
OFFZONE 2023 featured 108 experts and 8 thematic
zones. The keynote speaker was Omar Ganiev, an ethical hacker and DeteAct
founder. The event was supported by 50 partners: 18 media outlets, 15 community
groups, and a range of organizations (Sber, Tinkoff, Kaspersky, Sovcombank
Technologies, and others).
